NRG Surveyors Limited specialise and are qualified to do energy assessments for commercial and residential properties. We mainly work in Cheshire and surrounding areas. The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required for the majority of properties sold or rented from October 1st 2008.
With increasing energy costs and dwindling fossil energy supplies the EPC provides important information to minimise fuel costs for households and businesses.
The EPC will provides an energy efficiency rating and an environmental impact rating for the property as it stands on the day of the inspection and will make recommendations as to what can be done to improve them both.
The recommended improvements are divided in to categories of investment to help choose the most cost effective energy saving measures.
