Home Condition Surveys

Fee from £270

The fee will depend on the asking price or agreed price of the property.

Commercial EPCs

Fee from £200

The fee will depend on size of the building and the complexity of the heating and air conditioning within the retail, office or industrial building.

Residential EPCs

Fee from £50

The fee will depend on size of the property.

Air Conditioning Reports

Fee from £250

If the system is larger than 12 kW, must be done by 4 January 2011 and so we will not be doing ACRs until towards the end of 2010.

To comply with accreditation rules we will only be able to inspect simple cooling systems such as single split and multi-split packaged systems.

Asbestos Reports

Surveys undertaken by separate specialist asbestos company and fees are subject to VAT. Please enquire regarding fees for any particular job.
