The Home Condition Survey (HCS) is a clear and concise report on the condition of a domestic property. It allows the homebuyer to make an informed decision, quickly and at a competitive cost. The HCS makes the home survey process quicker, easier and more cost-effective. 

The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required for the majority of properties sold or rented .

With increasing energy charges and dwindling fossil energy supplies the EPC provides important information to minimise energy costs .

The EPC will provide an energy efficiency rating and a recommendation report for energy improvements for the property as it stands on the day of the inspection. The EPC and the Recommendation Report should be shown to prospective purchasers or prospective tenants.

These reports will be valid for 10 years unless changes to the property legally require a new one to be issued.  Voluntary certification is also possible to reflect improvements to heating, lighting and insulation that may have taken place since the last EPC inspection.

The recommended improvements are divided in to payback periods to help choose the most cost effective energy saving measures.

We offer a complete asbestos surveying service to MDHS100 standards fully insured for Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3 asbestos surveys in both business and residential properties.

The Air Conditioning Report will highlight measures, which, if adopted, will have the potential to save money and energy.  This report is valid for 5 years.
